We provide Snap On Smile, which is a new and easy way to have beautiful teeth. It just snaps over your natural teeth! We can find the option that best fits your needs during your appointment.

Again, everyone is unique, but one option we offer is Zoom Whitening. Compared to at-home whitening products whose weak results fade fast, Zoom gives you a smile that could be up to eight shades lighter and lasts longer.

Sure, we can provide a “Digital Smile Make Over” so you can get a glimpse of yourself with a new smile, before we go to work.

If a child’s primary or “baby” tooth has been knocked out, there may not be much to worry about.  These teeth are designed to fall out, though not in this way.  We recommend making an appointment nonetheless just to be sure no other damage was done.  If it was a permanent tooth, it is important to find the tooth and get to a dentist’s office right away.  Do not attempt to clean the tooth, but instead bring it with you in a glass of milk.

First thing, get the broken piece out of your mouth.   You won’t want to risk swallowing it.  Next, make an appointment as quickly as you can.  If it happens over the weekend or after normal business hours and you’re in a lot of pain, contact your local emergency room.

Unfortunately, we do not offer emergency care after normal business hours.  We recommend e-mail as the quickest way to receive a response.  If you are suffering a serious emergency, then we recommend contacting your local emergency room.

Just go to our General Dentistry page, which explains our dental lingo. Also feel free to contact us if you have further questions.  One of our professionals will be happy to assist you.

If you are bleeding, it’s could be a warning sign. Schedule an appointment with us so we can see if it is a serious problem or not.

The perfect toothbrush is the one you use regularly.  With that said, everyone is different, but we advocate electric or sonic toothbrushes. We support these because they prevent you from damaging your teeth while brushing, and do a more detailed cleaning job than a regular toothbrush.

We love questions; it means our patients care about their dental health.  If you have questions, don’t hesitate to call or e-mail us.  Alternatively, feel free to ask your dentist directly when you come in for an appointment.

YES! We recommend doing it every day so you can get in the habit, and expand the life of your teeth. Those extra few minutes spent flossing are worth it in the long run!

You may be imagining things, but it couldn’t hurt to know for sure.  Ask your dentist about “Halitosis” or chronic bad breath the next time you are in for an appointment.

Opinions vary on this matter, but some believe that at 1 year the first dental appointment should be made.  Often these early appointments are more for the parent to familiarize themselves with the dentist than anything else.  However, it is important for the dentist to observe how a baby’s teeth are developing before they erupt from the gums.  For further information, feel free to contact our offices.

We sure will.  A Beautiful Smile at Lake Pointe uses a system we call “Smile Reminders.”  Patients who participate receive an e-mail and/or a text message alerting them of an upcoming appointment.

Being scared of the dentist’s office is natural, you aren’t alone.  However, A Beautiful Smile At Lake Pointe isn’t your every day dental office.  Come see for yourself.  Our advice is to discuss your fears with one of the members of our courteous staff.  Creating a relationship with a dentist’s office is the first step in putting your fears to rest.

Our office doesn’t use the traditional drills you may be familiar with.  Instead, we have laser options that are not only safer, but more efficient as well.

Our office doesn’t use traditional x-rays.  Instead, we provide digital radiography.  It is safer, as it uses less radiation, and is more time efficient.

Our staff regularly reviews scholarly journals and other dental related periodicals.  In addition we also attend yearly trade shows and conferences pertaining to dentistry and dental technology.
